Free shipping on all orders
We offer free standard shipping on every order, to every country we ship to.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another with your tracking number as soon as it ships.
Delivery time
Delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days after shipping, depending on your location. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delays can occur due to customs, weather, holidays, or carrier issues.
Where we ship
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and other selected countries. Available destinations are shown at checkout.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number sent by email. Tracking may take a few days to update after shipping.
Customs, duties and taxes
Your order may ship from an international fulfillment location. Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply on delivery, and they are the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change it once your order has shipped. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it at your cost.
